Requirements to “open” a Bulk Sale escrow:
A copy of the Purchase Contract, all counter Offers and Addendums signed by all parties.
Name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the Buyer.
Name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the Seller
unless Seller is represented by a real estate agent in which case the agent’s information is required. Legal name being used for the purchase. Final acceptance date. A list of contingencies (i.e. approval for a new loan, selling another business).
